NCSD After-School Programs

21st CCLC programs operate on a five year grant cycle through the Oregon Department of Education.

These after school programs are federally funded through a 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant, a section of Title-IV of the Every Student Succeeds Act.

NCSD works in partnership with schools and community based organizations to provide academic support and enrichment programming at schools awarded funding through the grant. Programs are open to all students attending these schools and are free of charge.

For the 2023-2028 school years, 21st CCLC programs will run at Lot Whitcomb Elementary, Rowe Middle, and New Urban High Schools.
